Louise Rawlings Fun In The Snow painting

"Fun In The Snow" original acrylic on canvas painting by Louise Rawlings. The painting is unframed, on a deep box canvas. It's the perfect winter picture with people walking dogs, sledging, and the famous Mrs Spotty Wellies.

"Since graduating in the early nineties with a degree in surface decoration, I have enjoyed a long and varied career as a freelance illustrator, working in areas such as greeting cards, calendars, ceramics, fine art and children's books.

 I work in various styles but mainly acrylic/mixed media and watercolour.

 I can be inspired by anything from a small magazine cutting to a walk in the park with my beautiful English setter "Alfie"

 Although I live in Sutton Coldfield one of my favourite subjects to paint is our lovely British coastline, Wales being a particular favourite."
