Fused glass "Beach Lolly" in a frame by Niko Brown.

Each lolly is made from individual coloured glass nuggets so there may be slight variations in colours and shape. Fired twice at over 800°c each piece is handmade in Cornwall by Niko.

Mounted directly onto the quality textured mount board,  professionally framed with a high-quality finish.

Measurements: Outside frame 13cm x 17cm.

About the Artist.

Niko grew up in rural Hertfordshire, where she was surrounded by miles of countryside and spent many hours amongst the fields and hedgerows. Making dens, climbing trees and immersing herself in nature’s playground. 

"A lot of my work is inspired by the connection I feel to those times. Running my hands through the dried grasses and seeds along the roadside banks; feeling the scratches of brambles on my bare legs; the shapes and forms of the plants that surrounded me; the abundance of textures and colours. In my memory, the sun was always shining and those days had a warm, golden glow"
