Click & Collect

If you live locally to us or you know you'll be visiting Cornwall in the near future you can opt for our "Click & Collect" service. Simply pay for your order online and then choose the free "Click & Collect" option at the checkout. Please either call us on Tel: 01726 65900 or drop us an email to to let us know when you'd like to collect your order. Please note that some of our items are made to order so may not be available straight away.

Normal opening hours: Mon -Sat 10..00 am to 5.00 pm March to December, Tuesday to Saturday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm during January & February. Please call before making a special journey as we do sometimes close for a few days for family holidays.

Delivery Charges

Please note that we only deliver within the United Kingdom (not including The Channel Islands). Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order and your final delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout. You'll need to add your delivery address before the checkout can calculate delivery costs. We always send our items with Royal Mail or Parcelforce and someone will need to be available to sign for your delivery. Sorry but we cannot leave your delivery in a shed or with a neighbour unless you have already set up an arrangement directly with Royal Mail. As a guide our charges are as follows and include postage, packaging, insurance and VAT.

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order withing 7 working days.  All deliveries need to be signed for. Please check that all packaging is intact before accepting goods.We will do our best to achieve delivery estimates but if our dispatch date is likely to be exceeded by more than fourteen working days we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling the order. In the event of a delayed delivery please contact us if it is not made within ten working days of our estimate when you will have the opportunity of cancelling the order.
If the goods are defective please contact us within two working days of receipt, emailing us a photograph of the damage, and we will arrange for their return at our cost and a refund to you, or some other amicable settlement.
If the goods are not defective you have the option to return them at your cost (post, packaging and insurance) within seven working days of receipt, in order to receive a credit for the original item cost and the original postage cost. A telephone call or email prior to their return is required. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. If you do not exercise reasonable care and the goods are damaged, we may make a claim against you for breach of this duty. If a you fail to return the goods despite being required to by the contract, then we may make a claim against you for breach of contract.
Your right to cancel or return goods which are not defective does not apply to individual works produced to your specification, for example commissions undertaken,  or personalised products, unless the item arrives damaged.
