Christmas in Cornwall is a wonderful time, with our mild climate and beautiful coastline it's not unusual to have days when it's warm enough to sit outside the pub and have a pint and some cheesy chips. In Charlestown the highlight of the Christmas period is the Boxing Day Swim, when the local gig rowing club organises a charity swim (no wet suits allowed).
